Returns & Exchanges

We want every Mykaa piece to feel like the right fit for your home. If something isn't working, here's how returns work.

The short version

  • 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How to start a return

  1. Write to returns@mykaainteriors.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever the courier serves.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is initiated.

What's not eligible

  • Items that have been used, washed, or laundered.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Pillows, pillow inserts, and intimate textiles — for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces.

Damaged or wrong item received?

We're sorry — and we'll make it right. Email us at returns@mykaainteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it at no cost, or refund you in full.

Exchanges

For size or colour exchanges, the easiest path is to return the original item and place a fresh order. This keeps things quick and avoids stock surprises.
